Your responsibilities:

Your tasks:

• Support of colleagues in the field service incl. internal interface function
• Customer support via e-mail and telephone
• Processing and coordination of customer inquiries
• Preparation of offers by means of CRM system
• Checking and processing of orders
• Dunning

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Ideally professional experience in the internal sales department
• Business fluent German
• Fluent English
• Other language(s) and interest in intercultural exchange an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Pleasure in direct customer contact
• Independent as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Reliability, team spirit and flexibility
