Digital terminals in Spanish townhalls enhance service for citizens.

In town halls and citizens' offices, issuing, verifying and recording of international ID documents is part of the day-to-day operations. To optimize the service for citizens and to free up time for the municipal employees, DESKO and software provider [DELTA INFORMATICA](https://deltainformatica.es/en) worked on a government project to implement digital self-service terminals in town halls in Barcelona, Spain.

In the terminals, our [PENTA Scanner 4X Cube](https://www.desko.com/en/products/overview/desko-penta-scanner-4x-cube.md) is integrated to capture the presented ID documents within seconds while the software by DELTA digitizes and verifies the read data in a fully automated process.
